By joining CashBag as a member you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership of CashBag
Only one account per person may be held at any time. You must be over 18 and a resident of the UK to open a CashBag account and receive cashback.
2. Termination of Membership
The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member at any time without notice or explanation, and the member will not be eligible to receive any cashback or rewards that may have been earned or accrued. In addition, the company reserves the right to refuse membership to any person or persons at any time and without notice or explanation.
3. Cashback Rewards
Members earn cashback rewards only after having logged into their account, and by either
a) purchasing items on Merchants accounts
b) signing up for any services or offers made by a Merchant.
We will make every effort to ensure cashback offers are correctly illustrated.
Your CashBag account will be credited only when, and if the retailer confirms your transaction. This can happen immediately, although our retailer's usually process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30 days plus).
Should any goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the cashback payment will not be made.
4. Dormant Accounts
In the event that your Cashbag account shows no transactions for a period exceeding 6 months then the account will be considered dormant and we reserve the right to terminate your account.
5. No Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE, OUR AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitations on Our Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE, OR OUR AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT OUR LIABILITY AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
We cannot guarantee or warrant that the Service or materials that may be downloaded from the Service do not contain viruses, worms, "Trojan horses," or other destructive features. If you download any files from the Service, you do so at your own risk.
7. Payment
Cashback payments will be issued via cheque, Paypal or Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificates within 7 days of Net One Media Ltd receiving your invoice, providing your account balance exceeds £15. Payments are issued in multiples of £5 (i.e. £15, £20, £25) and are issued subject to the payment having been received from the respective retailers.
8. E-mail contact
By registering for the service the member accepts that the company will contact them regularly by e-mail to make them aware of opportunities to earn cashbacks on their account, to notify them of new merchants joining the service and special offers that may occur from time to time, to notify them of their account balance, and to communicate any other information, details, news or offers, both commercial and non-commercial, that the company believes may be of interest to the user. By registering with the service the member accepts these conditions and will be considered to be fully 'opted in' under the terms of the Data Protection Act and any other regulations and legislation that may now or in the future govern the sending of e-mails between the company and the member.
9. Disputes
The decision of the company in the matter of any disputed transaction, cashback payment, cheque issue, bonus payment, or any other matter relating to the member's usage of the CashBag service, will be final. CashBag will make every effort to ensure that retailer's are correctly reporting cashback sales however we cannot be held responsible should the retailers systems fail to report back your sale. (In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort to negotiate the cashback reward from the retailer on your behalf; however, in this instance the retailer's decision will be final). Contacting any of our advertisers directly is strictly forbidden, failure to comply will result in the immediate closure of your account.
